Melchiorre
Mr. Melchiorre is the founder of
the law firm of Vincent N. Melchiorre, LLC. With
approximately twenty-five (25) years of experience as a trial
attorney, Mr. Melchiorre has gained the respect of his peers and
is viewed as an extremely qualified and experienced litigator.
Mr. Melchiorre limits his practice to all matters of civil
litigation including, but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death,
breach of contract, residential and commercial real estate, bad faith claims as
well as all types of business disputes. Mr. Melchiorre, in addition to
maintaining a thriving practice, has served the Philadelphia Court of Common
Pleas in various capacities in excess of nineteen (19) years and is known for
his renowned skills in bringing complex matters to resolution.
In addition to his excellent skills in reaching amicable
resolution in complex matters, Mr. Melchiorre has successfully litigated
hundreds of cases, to award or verdict in arbitration, non-jury and jury trials.
Mr. Melchiorre,
also serves as general counsel to PFCU Services, LLC, a position which he
has held since its inception in 2001. PFCU Services, LLC is a subsidiary of
the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, providing , among other things,
investment and insurance services to PFCU members as well as the general
public.Mr. Melchiorre
served as Chief Legal Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors to the World Tang Soo Do Association, under the direction of Grandmaster Jae Chul Shin. The WTSDA
is a world wide martial arts association with member studios in over 34
countries. Mr. Melchiorre has served in these capacities pro bono from 1993 to
September 2008.
Surpassing his passion for the law is Mr. Melchiorre's
humility, appreciation and commitment to his family, friends, colleagues and
clients. It is this devotion that has truly earned him the respect of the
community. Throughout his career, Mr. Melchiorre has strived to maintain
personal attentiveness to each client, albeit by making himself available for
telephone conferences, returning every phone call or meeting with clients

Mr. Melchiorre is a graduate of LaSalle University and
the Delaware Law School of Widener University.
He is admitted to practice before the Supreme
Court United States, the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania, the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals
for
the Third Circuit. In addition, he maintains active membership with the
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Philadelphia and
Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association as well as the American Association for
Justice (formerly known as Association of the Trial Lawyers of America).
